Five Stars Mechanical was granted HVAC subcontractor on this job site in 2022. This 15-acre community, offering breathtaking views of Pikes Peak, is designed to feature two independent living wings, each with three stories over one, totaling 171 residential units. Additionally, a three-story wing will house 40 assisted living apartments and 24 memory support suites. All three wings will be connected to the commons building, a two-story structure comprising a concierge, administrative offices, private offices, a coffee shop, a bistro, fine dining venues, and a lounge. Five Stars Mechanical collaborated seamlessly with the general contractor's team and the engineering department, diligently verifying the accuracy and currency of all plans. As a result of our meticulous efforts, we successfully navigated inspections with ease and are now on the verge of completing this project.
